DirectionsForest Ferns is situated in the Tsitsikamma mid-way between Plettenberg Bay and Humansdorp, and approximately 160km from both Port Elizabeth and George airports. When traveling from Plett on the N2 pass through the tollgate and approximately 30km further on cross the Storms River Bridge at the Total Village. 4 km beyond the bridge turn right onto the Bluelilliesbush gravel road. When traveling from Humansdorp on the N2, after approximately 80km pass the Koomansbos turnoff where the road narrows. Pass the Tsitsikamma Lodge on your right and continue for 4km before turning left onto the Bluelilliesbush gravel road. Once you are on the Blueliliesbush gravel road drive 1,6km to a T-junction where you find the first Forest Ferns and Fernery signboards. Turn right then take the first left and directly afterwards the first right - Forest Ferns Estate is approximately 6km from here. Follow the road and continue straight over the cross-road in the middle of the pastures, when you reach the T-junction turn right and follow the road through the gates onto the Forest Ferns Estate. |
